The recent passage and signing of The Sergeant First Class (SFC) Heath Robinson Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics (PACT) Act is going to have a dramatic change on Veteran Benefits available. Although the focus has been on the burn pits of the most recent conflict, there are also major changes to the benefits to Veterans affected by Agent Orange and their families/survivors.
